Temporary Vendor Permit Procedures

|
Permits are limited in number and will be issued on a first come first serve
basis. Permits will be issued 48 hours prior to an event and after
that, a penalty fee of half the price of the permit will be added.

Bike Rally Fees
Five (5) day event. Zoning Compliance permit: $400
(Memorial Bike Fest & Harley Davidson Fall Rally)
Ten (10) day event. Zoning Compliance permit: $700
(Harley Davidson Spring Rally)
Vending fees are as follows:
Add $50 for RV overnight use at vending site.
Add $50 for each ATM that will be set-up at your location.
Add $10 for temporary sign at road frontage (limited to 1).

2008 Harley Davidson Spring Rally May 9-18, 2008 |

- We will begin issuing permits by section on the dates below:

| Wednesday, April 9th | | Southern Strand |
| Thursday, April 10th | | Northern Strand |
| Friday, April 11th | | Western Strand |
 |
*After these dates it will be on a first come first serve basis for any area. Permits that are issued after the 48 hour cut-off before the event is to begin, will pay the original permitting fees along with 1/2 that cost. This date will be
May 6, 2008, for the Spring Rally.
- Vendor tents/structures can set up no sooner than
Monday, May 5.
No sales will be allowed until Friday, May 9.
- Each vending tent/structure will require an original permit.
No copies will be permitted.
- One exempt vending tent/structure will be permitted for on-site business owners provided that the merchandise sold in the tent is the principle stock of the store that is sold on a continual basis.
- No more than one dyno unit will be permitted on any vending site. Those sites with dyno units abutting residential zones will operate at 90% closed.
- All vendor merchandise must be removed within 48 hours and with tents/structures being removed within 72 hours after last day of event.
- ONE(1) person from each location shall be determined to be the site coordinator. This will be the ONLY person allowed to pick-up permits for the event in which there are 4 or more vendors.
- Any vendors remaining for Memorial Bike Week must follow the above regulations to reapply for a permit.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008. Permits are limited in number and will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Permits that are issued after the 48 hour cut-off before the event is to begin, will pay the original permitting fees along with ½ that cost. This date will be
Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
- Vendor tents/structures can set up no sooner than
Tuesday, May 20, 2008. No sales will be allowed until
Thursday, May 22, 2008.
- Each vending tent/structure will require an original permit. No copies will be permitted.
- One exempt vending tent/structure will be permitted for on-site business owners provided that the merchandise sold in the tent is the principle stock of the store that is sold on a continual basis.
